REQUEST A MEMORIAL

Submit this form to request a memorial or portrait for a loved one. All portraits will be done using digital art (art drawn with a stylus on a digital drawing app. The drawing is not a physical piece, but once I finish the portrait, you can easily distribute it and print it out!)

Please keep in mind that I only draw free memorials for people who have lost their lives for a heroic cause.
